Registrations can only be cancelled in writing. In the case of a cancellation up to three weeks before the start of the congress, you will be charged the amount of € 150 (before VAT) for administration costs. If you cancel within three weeks of the start of the congress, you will be invoiced for the full amount. Should you be unable to attend, the registration is transferable to your replacement.
